I provide professional consultation for counselors seeking guidance, feedback, or skill enhancement in their practice. Whether you are navigating complex clinical cases, refining your therapeutic techniques, or working toward professional development goals, consultation services offer tailored support to meet your needs. I aim to empower counseling professionals with practical insights, ethical guidance, and proven strategies that enhance client outcomes and strengthen professional confidence. I also offer consultation services for leaders seeking to improve their leadership skills, implement change in their organizational culture, or improve the productivity of their staff and organization. 

I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Behavioral Health. My dissertation topic is focused on the moderating effect of workplace settings on organizational culture and turnover intention of outpatient counselors. I am passionate about building resiliency skills among counselors and educating leadership teams on how to improve organizational culture and resiliency among their teams.
